Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotes, orders, and services provided by Action Graphix LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the garment, quantity, number of colors or locations, and deadline described at the time of quoting. Our pricing is all-inclusive: garment, decoration, standard setup, and artwork prep are included. Changes to quantity, garment, artwork, or deadline may change the price, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo, image, or design you send us, and for confirming you are permitted to have it reproduced. We will not knowingly reproduce trademarked or copyrighted material without permission. We provide a digital proof for approval before production; production begins after you approve it, and approved proofs are final. Spelling, layout, and color shown on an approved proof are considered accepted.

Color and product variation

Screens, monitors, fabrics, and print methods reproduce color differently. Slight variation in color, placement, and finish between proof and finished goods, between garment types, and between production runs is normal and is not considered a defect.

Production time and deadlines

Production time begins when artwork is approved and payment terms are met. Stated turnaround times are estimates in business days and depend on garment availability. If you have a firm in-hand date, tell us before ordering so we can confirm it in writing.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due before production begins. Custom decorated apparel is produced to order.

Cancellations and changes

Orders may be cancelled or changed at no cost before artwork approval. After approval, you are responsible for costs already incurred, including garments ordered, screens or digitizing prepared, and any items already decorated.

Returns and claims

Because every order is custom decorated, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or approved-proof errors. If there is a production defect or the order does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will reprint or refund the affected items. Please inspect your order on arrival.

Customer-supplied garments

We will decorate garments you supply, but we cannot guarantee results on unknown blanks and we are not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items damaged in production. We recommend supplying spares.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and also offer local pickup and delivery in the NC Triad. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or costs arising from a missed event date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
