Text Messaging Policy

This page explains our text messaging program in full. It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Program description

Action Graphix sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have asked to hear from us. Messages relate to quote requests, order and production status, artwork proofs and approvals, pickup and delivery coordination, and occasional service updates or promotions.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on our quote request form at graphic-shirts.com/contact.html, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written permission in the course of doing business with us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your order activity. Most customers receive only a handful of messages related to an active quote or order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to be removed from our text messaging program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You can also email lynn@graphic-shirts.com to be removed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, other than the messaging providers needed to send the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy for details.
